"Because of
my hectic schedule, the time needed to prepare meals has not been a luxury
that I have been able to enjoy for years. Also, I must admit, the time
that it takes to place a frozen dinner in the microwave is just about all the
time that I care to spend in the kitchen preparing meals. Since I travel
a lot and often end up eating out while on the road, I don't particularly
enjoy eating out while at home. Although the frozen food section in the
grocery store has kept me content for years, the thrill is quite gone!
I know that I
thank you profusely each time you chef for me but I wanted to also put
something in writing. Although my decision to try a personal chef was
made on a whim, it has turned out to be a wonderful experience. As a
native North Carolinian (with an appreciation for Southern Style cooking!),
